• Refunds: Since IP filings involve non-refundable government fees, our service fees are generally non-refundable once the filing process has commenced.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palamanerian IP Services shall not be liable for:

1. Rejection of IP applications by the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (CGPDTM).
2. Loss of data due to technical failures beyond our control.
3. Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website.
